Tracy Lacroix has managed and consulted with top restaurants throughout Ottawa. She is the Operational Manager at both Keith Loiselle’s restaurants: FarmTeam Cookhouse and Bar, and Woody’s Pub on Elgin Street. Her exceptional team building skills and positive leadership derive from over 20 years in the restaurant industry. She attended Algonquin College, where she earned a diploma in Business Administration. Before joining Farmteam Cookhouse in 2013, Tracy served as the General Manager at The Fox and the Feather for 11 years. Tracy aims to make quest satisfaction her number one priority; second is the happiness of her staff.

At the age of 40, Keith Loiselle is already a familiar name in the Ottawa business-scene. He opened FarmTeam Cookhouse and Bar in 2009 after working over a decade in the licensing industry. Keith has always been an entrepreneur. In 2003, Keith co-founded EasyWrapLines, a manufacturing, sales and distribution company of licensed stationary products. The company had contract licenses with high-profile companies including Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros., 20th Century Fox and Marvel.
Since 2010, Keith has led the Sen’s Mile Charity Chili Cook in support of the Ottawa Senators Foundation and the Max Keeping Foundation. Over the last four years, the chili cook-off has raised over $35,000 in cash and in-kind donations for charity.
Keith is the owner of two restaurants in Ottawa, FarmTeam Cookhouse and Bar, and Woody’s Pub on Elgin Street. In 2006, Keith was awarded the Forty under 40 Award Business Achievement Award for professional expertise and community involvement in Ottawa.
